Product Overview:
Replace worn brake shoes on your 7,000 lb trailer axle with this Dexter 12" x 2" Nev-R-Adjust Electric Brake Shoe & Lining Kit. This left- and right-hand pair is designed for Dexter 7K Nev-R-Adjust electric brake assemblies and provides the primary and secondary shoes required to service both sides of one trailer axle. Dexter identifies the corresponding shoe kits as K71-675-00 for the left-hand brake and K71-676-00 for the right-hand brake.
Each side includes one primary shoe and one side-specific secondary shoe along with the required shoe hold-down spring cups and hold-down pins. The left-hand assembly uses secondary shoe 040-216-01, while the right-hand assembly uses 040-216-02; both use primary shoe 040-215-00.
Designed for 12" x 2" Dexter Nev-R-Adjust electric trailer brakes on 7,000 lb applications, this kit is suitable for replacing worn friction components while retaining the existing backing plate, magnet, adjuster, and other brake hardware that remain serviceable.
