Product Overview:
Designed for 10,000 lb heavy-duty trailer axle applications, this hub and brake drum system is built for compatible Dexter-style heavy-duty running gear using an 8 on 6.5" wheel bolt pattern.
The hub is designed for Dexter 8-214-05 applications, while the 4" wide brake drum is compatible with Dexter 9-27 applications. When used together, the hub and drum form a two-piece bolted assembly for compatible 12-1/4" x 4" electric or hydraulic drum brake systems.
This design uses an oil-bath hub configuration with 395S inner and 387A outer bearing fitments. Always verify axle capacity, brake dimensions, bearing numbers, wheel bolt pattern, hub pilot, and lubrication configuration before ordering.
