Replace or service your light-duty trailer hub with the Dexter K08-091-1G 2.2K Pre-Greased Idler Hub Kit. Designed for compatible 2,200 lb trailer axle applications using a BTR 1-1/16" spindle, this complete hub assembly features a 4 on 4" wheel bolt pattern and 1/2"-20 wheel studs. Dexter supplies the kit pre-greased and installation-ready, reducing bearing preparation and cleanup during hub replacement.

The K08-091-1G uses L44649 bearings in both the inner and outer positions, with matching L44610 bearing races. The included 010-009-00 double-lip grease seal has a 1.500" inner diameter and 1.987" outer diameter, providing the correct sealing configuration for compatible BTR spindle applications.

The kit also includes both standard and E-Z Lube® grease caps, an E-Z Lube® rubber plug, four 60-degree cone wheel nuts, and spindle retention hardware including a slotted nut, retainer nut, hex nut, D-washer, washer, and cotter pin. The kit can be used with compatible E-Z Lube® or standard grease-lube configurations.
