Service the wheel bearings on compatible 5,200–7,000 lb trailer axle applications with the Dexter K71-720-00 Bearing & Seal Kit. Designed for Dexter hubs using a #42 spindle, this kit includes the inner and outer bearings, matching bearing races, grease seal, tang washer, and cotter pin required to service one wheel hub.
The kit uses a 25580 inner bearing with 25520 inner race and a 14125A outer bearing with 14276 outer race. It also includes the Dexter 010-036-00 double-lip grease seal, which has a 2.25" inner diameter, providing the correct bearing and sealing combination for compatible #42 spindle hub applications.
The included 005-101-00 tang washer and 019-002-00 cotter pin provide the spindle retention components supplied with the original Dexter kit. With all bearing cones, cups, seal, washer, and cotter pin packaged together, the K71-720-00 is a convenient replacement kit for routine trailer hub bearing service and repair.
