Product Overview:

Achieving the perfect preload on your trailer bearings won't mean much if your spindle nut backs off on the highway. This premium 1" spindle tang washer provides a foolproof, hardware-based lock to keep your castle nut exactly where you set it during service.

Designed for axles featuring 1" D-shaped spindles, the flat inner edge slips over the spindle matching profile to prevent the washer itself from spinning. Once you torque down your castle nut and back it off to your preferred bearing play, you simply bend one of the outer tabs directly into an open slot on the nut. This tab-locking setup completely eliminates the need for messy cotter pins, making it much cleaner to service on popular EZ Lube hub configurations.

Stamped from high-durability 1/32" steel, it resists shearing and crushing under constant wheel-end vibration. It's a low-tolerance, commercial-grade safety part essential for any axle rebuild or bearing repack.
